So, today, aside from the morning fiasco, was in fact not that bad. It turned out much better than I had hoped, as I'm almost finished cleaning my room. I still have an insane amount of books that will need to be totally re-organized as I just threw them on shelves in no particular order to get them out of the way. But I have my bed all made up and my stereo/tv/dvd player all set up. Maybe tomorrow I'll actually get around to popping in Grand Theft Auto 3 on my PS2? The most important thing, however, is that I got my desktop computer hooked up and all good to go! I love my desktop and it's so nice to have it back after the last three days with only my very shitty (P166) laptop. Ah the glories of AMD T-Bird 1.4.
I didn't have Arabic class today, I got out of that to clean, but I go back tomorrow. We are preparing for C-14, our second to last test. (For those of you out there who are dieing to know and haven't figured it out, C-14 stands for Chapter 14.) I think I'll do well on it, which is a good thing. It is a hideously boring topic however, Politics and Economy. I'll probably be asked to describe the "Branches of the American Government" or "How a Bill Becomes a Law". Please, that's so boring. Almost as boring as "The Trends of Economic Stability After the Gulf War." GAG! That's ok though, because C-15 is Science & Technology and Culture. Who thought of putting those two together I don't know, but I won't complain. Maybe for that speaking test I'll translate the theory of relativity? It's not like they will know if my Arabic is wrong or not, I'll just tell them that it's what was in the dictionary for the requited terms for such a discussion. They won't know the difference.
Anyway, this entry is starting to get a bit long so I'm going to close. I'll write again tomorrow. I think I am going to try to start doing an entry a day. (I know I've said that before, but this time I mean it!)
