Tink!

The nature of the universe...

So, today I was sitting in class and I found out something quite interesting. According to the Mormon religion you have to do all these things before you can be considered truly saved. But let's say you don't do them, and you die. Well, you are in luck. Someone can do them for you. Yes, that's right, someone can do them for you. They can get baptized in your name, and do all the little ceremonies and stuff. And then, when you are floating around without a body you can realize that you were wrong, and accept the gift they offer and you are set. It's really an interesting concept.

I found this out because a devout Mormon and a devout Christian were discussing the need to be baptized. So who out there wants to know the secret to the universe? You do? I thought you would, and I have the answer for you. It can be summed up in one phrase:

More musings of the Soul...

First, let me say, I think a lot. It's what people who have no life and no girlfriend do. And to answer the obvious question that raises: Yes, that was a hint to all of you gorgeous-un-attached-young-females-between-the-ages-of-16-and-19 (this nations most precious natural resource) that I am available. Ok, so maybe the age range would best be suited at 22-26 but it would have ruined the very obscure video game referance. Anyway, the point is, it's my journal and I put a lot of thoughtful stuff in it. So, without further adieu, the real journal entry.

Music is the best thing that man has ever invented. A communication of the soul. It shatters all language barries, and convey's it's meaning and feeling reguardless. Perhaps, it is not an invention of man, but more a tool of the soul. Yes, that's it, a tool of the soul. When we make music, it is our soul that speaks. The only thing better than music is love. Of course, nothing is better than love, that's why we all search endlessly for it. But love is not the topic of this post, so I'll leave it for another time. Here, have the lyrics to my second favorite song ever.
