Tink!

Defiance, construction, all that jazz.

So, it’s 10:30 on a Wednesday morning, and here I sit, only halfway done, actually only about a quarter of the way done, cleaning my apartment and making it presentable again. I so hate the place being a mess. Yesterday Comcast came out and did a rewire of the entire building, and of course they had to move furniture to fish cables through walls. They moved my entertainment center and it fell apart, well almost. I expected it to though, I’ve been meaning to buy a new one for a while.

Aside from that, I’ve finally beaten Legacy of Kain: Defiance. It was highly worth it. I mean HIGHLY worth it. Aside from the fucked camera angles in the game, it was so much better than any Legacy of Kain game yet. With a surprise twist ending that comes out of nowhere, on top of the revelations that accompany the entire game, it’s nothing more than an inescapable hook to draw you deeper into the series. There will be another game, at least one more, and I am absolutely ecstatic about that. With puzzles that are challenging, yet not too difficult, and somewhere around 40 cutscenes, it’s nothing but non-stop addiction. I won’t ruin any of the story for any of you who want to play it, if you’re interested in a story synopsis, you can always email me, I don’t mind.

Well I’m getting off of here now, I have to finish up some cleaning before I go to work. It’s kind of nice to have all nice new shiny (working) cable jacks. :)
